In this Legal Design Thinking IRL episode, we discuss BrainFactory, a three-day dynamic legal design workshop at Legal Design Summit. Andrea Lindblom wears many hats, and one of them is Team Leader for BrainFactory. Andrea graduated from Lund University (law) in 2009. She has been working at Helsingborg District Court since 2011, since 2015, as the Administrative Chief. During the last few years, she has focused on issues relating to the presence of the courts and judges on social media and the future of courts. In March 2019, Helsingborg District Court arranged Sweden’s first legal tech and design workshop in the public sector. Andrea was awarded Legal Innovator of the Year in 2019 and one of the winners in the Public Services, Politics & Social category at European Women of Legal Tech in 2020.
