Contract Design: How to embed it into your workplace easily

When you understand the skills, mindset, and benefits of Contract Design it’s exciting, and you want to start immediately.

But knowing where to start can feel daunting. 

I recommend:

• Finding a common consensus around things that aren’t working in your contracting process
• Starting with small things first and building acceptance from peers and colleagues
• Starting with things that will create immediate efficiency gains
• Getting feedback from your clients and seeing what works

I don’t recommend taking one contract and starting to change it, hoping it will work.
